How to apply?

Please fill out our application form. You can only submit one application. There is a $25 non-refundable fee to apply.

Why applications? 

Intentionality is everything. We spend time curating this retreat to fit the need of every participant. This application helps us get to know you, determine how best to assist you in your healing journey and secure the atmosphere of every participant. 

If I am a solo traveler but do not mind sharing a room or suite with another guest, what should I do?

If you would like to share a room or suite, but need to be matched with another guest you make a deposit on your room and then we will connect you to your suite mate at least 45-60 days out so you can get to know each other leading up to the retreat.

Do I need to book my own flight? 

You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from St. Simon’s Island. The nearest airport is BQK, other domestic airports for cheaper and about an hour away are JAX or SAV. Plan to arrive to St. Simons Island by 8/14 at anytime. Or activities will not start until 8/15 early morning. 

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

We will provide ground transportation to and from the airport regardless of what time you arrive or depart. Please send us your booking information to our email to confirm [email protected].

 What’s the cost?

The price range for registration + accommodations is $860 single occupancy and $580 double occupancy including all taxes and fees. Payment plans will be available.

What’s Included?

Registration includes all access pass to 3 days and 2 nights of retreat content and workshops, transportation to all retreat activities, some meals and Soul Work Rx swag. Airport transfer to and from the retreat location. Private Facebook community

What’s not included? 

  • Flights to and from destination

  • The optional off-site excursion

  • Any off-site meals/beverages

When will I receive trip details?

Upon registration, you will receive a welcome message with general trip information. If you opted for an installment plan, we will also send reminders 3 days prior to payment date. As the date of the retreat approaches over the next few months, you will receive emails on specifics relevant to your trip.

When should I book my package?

You should book as soon as you’re able to because space is limited. Contact the hotel directly or use the booking website. 

Is my registration refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable due to upfront costs we must incur. We will make an exception if we/you are able to book someone to take your place and/or medical and family emergencies with proof.

How much free time will we have?

Our retreats will always include a healthy balance between group activities and solo free time to relax, read a book, take a walk, party at night, etc. We will build in leisure time for participants to go off on their own or simply stay near the hotel/resort.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes and shoes, sneakers, sunglasses, swimswear, reading materials, a journal. We will also send a what to pack notice via email 60 days out from the event for special themed events.
